Then, for the past year, I've planned when and what to drink on a few occasions. I have a blast without drinking, and the confidence it’s fueled in me has made me do things I never dreamed possible in my business, love life, and life.  I LOVE feeling amazing in my mind and body and will do anything to avoid how awful a hangover feels
