Welcome to part 3 of my 3-part series, How To Easily Work Less Daily, dedicated to helping you take actionable steps now to begin your journey to working less while crushing your goals. In the last 2 episodes we covered parts 1 and 2 of the series, the beliefs you need to have and my Get Shit Done process. Today’s episode is all about loving your life. 

Years ago if you’d asked me what I loved to do outside of work, I would have had no idea. The thought of spending time alone filled me with anxiety and I often felt sad, lonely, and wondered if something was wrong with me. Now, I feel deeply connected to my beliefs and desires. I’ve built a relationship with myself that makes me feel alive and I LOVE spending time with myself. 

A lot of high-achievers know how to work, have a few drinks, occasionally see friends, exercise, and that’s about it- there is so much more waiting for you. If your life is feeling stagnant, boring, and like there’s a lot of work and no play, this episode is for you. It is so important to be able to tap into your desires and the things that make you feel alive if you want to build a life you love.
